All according to ISO 9001:2000 quality management certification system.

In spite of everything, the products might need to be recalibrated or repaired at some time during their life time. In these cases, our clients can enjoy an extensive network of PROMAX service centers.

Your usual PROMAX distributor or agent can provide you with the information to locate the closest PROMAX calibration and service center and the procedure to follow according to his specific case.

In case of not having distributors in your zone, contact by email and we will try to help you as soon as we possible can.

It is a priority for PROMAX to ensure that the quality of our technical service is the same in any part of the world where there is a sales agent. That is the reason why we have a worldwide service centre network.

PROMAX frequently organises technical sessions specifically oriented to our customer service personnel with the goal to maintain the highest possible standards.
