The PROLITE-45 high-performance OTDR with a touchscreen display is simpler to operate, smaller, and less expensive than conventional optical reflectometers.

Beyond standard fiber optic measurements, it features cable testing functions like Link Image (link map) and VFL (visual fault locator). When functioning as an OTDR, it supports both automatic and expert operating modes. It can be used simultaneously as an OTDR, power meter, and VFL.

The PROLITE-45 unit is light, compact, and charges through its USB port, providing up to 8 hours of continuous use (or 20 hours on standby). It allows for the storage of measurement logs (over 200,000 on an 8 GB memory card) and the generation of trace files.
